Job Description
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an allelectric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an allelectric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do:
- Collaborate with the PLE and SAP team to develop and implement all manufacturing systems tools to the manufacturing floor
- Provide support across Battery Electric Engine and Aircraft manufacturing teams
- Drive manufacturing needs and priorities for systems rollout
- Collect and drive all issues during rollout back to the team to solve production requirements
- Support all manufacturing dashboard needs across Manufacturing Supply Chain and Quality
- Final completion and sustainability of Min/Max Project
- Material movement in SAP
- Monitor and resolve auto replenishment
- Material management of floor inventory
- Develop processes aroundmaterialmovement with floor inventory
- Cycle count floor inventory
- Developand sustain kitting process
- Monitorand resolve COGI errors with interfacing teams
- Assist with identifyingroot cause and developing solutions
What you need:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Aerospace Engineering Software Systems Engineering or similar discipline
- 5 years of PLE/MRP/MES Systems Integration experience
- Experience with SAP warehouse and inventory management Fiori tiles
- Strong knowledge of process flow from design logistics supply chain quality inventory and manufacturing data flow needs
- Must have the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to support systems troubleshooting and performance validation
Bonus Qualifications:
- NX Experience
- Teamcenter Experience
- MPP/MES Experience
- SAP Experience / S/4HANA
