Job Description
BAYADAHome Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the position of RN Nurse Manager for our Lexington VA Medicare Certified home health office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and geriatric clients living in communities that include assisted living independent living senior congregate living 55 communities and intermediate care facilities for clients with intellectual disabilities throughout Falls Church and surrounding areas.
As a Nurse Manager your day may look like this!
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care to residents in senior living communities.
- Visit our adult and geriatric clients for supervisory/assessment visits in Lexington VA and other surrounding areas.
- Supervise a team of field nurses and therapists.
- Facilitate new hire orientation and training of new nurses and therapists.
- Coordinate and/or deliver inservices for field staff.
If youre a Registered Nurse (RN) with the following skills this could be your dream job!
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 2 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Acute med/surg and/or subacute experience preferred..
- Supervisory experience.
