An ICG client is looking for a skilled facilitator to support a whole day planning workshop for a division within a large federal government client
Role
Facilitate a planning day for a Division within a large Federal Government Department to help Branches and sections understand where they are in the divisional strategy think innovatively and collaborate to develop branch plans.
Key outcomes of workshop:
- Common understanding of vision and impact from all
- Align business and future readiness
- Agree on contributions to key strategic priorities and how to work across branches
Key Deliverables:
- Inputs to convert into a visual roadmap for the next 3 year journey
- Draft branch plans
Skills and experience required:
- Strong facilitations skills
- Experience in organisational planning activities
- Influencing people / engaging with teams to receive required inputs / data from colleagues
- Selfstarter problem solver someone who will be productive quickly and both get the outputs delivered on time but also show initiative in asking probing questions.

Location:Canberra for facilitation
Rate:The daily net rate to theconsultantwill be between$AUD GST
ApplicationClose date:No later than Monday 29th July 2024 5 pm AEST
APTs must be lodged within 48 hours.We will review all APTs and select the best 3 for the client. The client will then conduct interviews.
