The client is seeking an Operational Decision Manager with 69 years of experience. The position is located in Chennai Bangalore Hyderabad Coimbatore Pune or Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have handson experience with IBM ODM 8.x modules rule engines like Drools and Blaze monitoring services via various tools developing object models and rule artifacts integrating with other systems and working with Java and web APIs. Additionally experience in rule testing techniques configuring decision servers and knowledge of Agile project model would be a plus. A Bachelor of Engineering/Science or equivalent from a renowned university is required.

Requirements
Skills Required:
- IBM ODM 8.x / Blaze / Drools Expert Level
- Experience in IBM ODM 8.x components including Rule designer Decision server Decision center RSO DVS or experience other rule engines like Drools Blaze
- XOM/BOM design
- Handson experience on developing object model and different types of rule artifacts (Action Rules Decision Table Decision Tree Function Technical Rule Query Rule Flow Templates)
- Rules estimation and capacity planning.
- Designing the structure of the rule repository (defining what metadata customizations are needed and possibly implementing the structure)
- Ability to create a living document (why it was built this way) including trouble shooting and template for future interfaces
- Leading the development initiatives
- Ability to Perform any potential optimization and updating the rules accordingly
- Ability to provide the solution for technical issues
- Must be a selfmotivated individual with ability to deliver individually results with great team player skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills as well as a winning team attitude and strong people skills.
