Year 5 Teacher Uxbridge Hillingdon September 2025 Start
We are working with a wellregarded fourform entry Primary School in Uxbridge that is looking to welcome a motivated Year 5 Teacher to their team this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a school with a supportive staff culture engaged learners and a strong focus on academic and personal development in Key Stage 2.
As a Year 5 Teacher youll be responsible for delivering highquality engaging lessons and contributing to a positive and inclusive learning environment where pupils are encouraged to achieve their full potential.
Year 5 Teacher Responsibilities:
Planning and delivering creative and inspiring lessons to Year 5 pupils
Assessing and tracking pupil progress ensuring high standards of achievement
Working collaboratively with colleagues support staff and families
Fostering a safe and inclusive classroom where all pupils feel valued and motivated
The ideal Year 5 Teacher will:
Hold a Primary PGCE or a Bachelors degree in Primary Education with QTS
Have a passion for teaching Year 5 and a commitment to pupil development
Be aligned with the schools values and contribute positively to the wider school community
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a reflective proactive teaching approach
