MPG Nova Role : MSD Functional Expert Location : Chennai Bangalore Ahmedabad L1 Competency Panel L2 Account Panel/Client interview Account Panel : Vasudevan Swaminathan Account SPOC : Vetrivel Kalyanasundaram ; MSD Functional Expert We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) Functional Expert with extensive knowledge of MSD modules and their application to optimize business processes. Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for the role: Proficiency in utilizing MSD modules including CRM ERP and other specialized components to meet business requirements. Strong ability to configure and customize MSD functionalities for improved operational efficiency. Expertise in analytics capabilities within MSD such as data visualization reporting and insights generation. Handson experience in integrating MSD with other systems for seamless workflow and data management. Adept at troubleshooting and resolving issues within MSD modules to ensure smooth operations. Ability to translate business needs into MSD solutions ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Knowledge of best practices and emerging trends in MSD functionalities and analytics. Excellent communication skills for collaboration with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders. Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail in analyzing and improving MSD processes. Experience in training and mentoring teams on MSD functionalities and analytics tools.
