Job Description
Position Description:
Technical / Behavioral
Strong Knowledge of SCCM App V and Intune infrastructure.
Strong handson experience in creating PowerShell automation.
Strong Knowledge in configuring new sites and roles.
Configuring rolebased access
Good understanding of SQL and experience in report creation using SSRS.
Configuration manager troubleshooting both server and clientside.
Strong knowledge in deploying and troubleshooting applications packages and Task Sequences.
Strong knowledge in staging deploying and ensuring 100 compliance of endpoint patching.
Auditing of hardware/software inventory
Good experience in providing Windows Desktop application deployment solution and support in a large environment using SCCM and Intune.
Extensive knowledge and/or prior experience with standard software package and patch deployment methodologies under standard change control processes in large organizations.
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating system patching and defender updates. Remote management and troubleshooting asset management and inventory.
Strong understanding of enterprise antivirus solutions endpoint data protection and encryption.
Strong analytical troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication presentation teamwork and customer service skills.
Able to work effectively under deadlines in a fastpaced changing environment.

Experience in supporting 24/7 Operations.
Must Have:
Strong skills in SCCM administration infrastructure management and SCCM client troubleshooting
SCCM patching and deployments
Powershell Scripting
Intune administration
Good To have : Packaging Appv Bomgar administration
