Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and completion of home services projects.
- Collaborate with customers to assess needs and provide accurate cost estimates.
- Coordinate scheduling and resource allocation for multiple projects.
- Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Manage project budgets and identify costsaving opportunities.
- Proactively seek process improvements and service enhancements.
- Foster teamwork professionalism and customer service excellence.
Requirements:
- 12 years experience in project management within the home services industry engineering or other related fields
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Strong logistical thinker with experience in project coordination
- Prior experience in Project Management tools such as Smartsheets Paintscout and Asana are a plus!
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or a related field preferred; relevant certifications or training in project management are a plus.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation required.
