We are currently recruiting a Sales Manager on a Full Time Permanent Basis based in Coburg Victoria.
Reporting to the GM of Food Can you will be responsible for driving sales growth managing customer relationships and ensuring the Food Can division meets its commercial objectives.
This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team achieving revenue and volume targets and driving new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing customers.
The nature of Food Can spreading across traditional Food Can segments as well as Infant and Nutritional Powders means a relatively high level of technical sales capability is required.
This position also collaborates with internal teamsincluding Operations Technical Innovation Commercial Quality and Financeto align business strategies negotiate contracts and deliver sustainable growth.
Utilising your proven experience in sales and customer service as well as your strong commercial analysis and negotiation skills and your ability to identify and establish new business opportunities within a technical sales environment will set you up for success in this role.
