Join us as a
University Degree (Finance Business or Accounting)
The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base
preferably in a construction or service industry.
SAP experience would be a significant asset.
Fully bilingual
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Organization: Possess excellent organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment multitask work under pressure and tight deadlines
High level of accuracy efficiency and accountability
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
Strong interpersonal and customer skills are required
Builds strong relationships and establishes trust and respect with team and stakeholders across the organization; stakeholder management and negotiation and engagement skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
Technical aptitude to learn new technologies.
Demonstrates customer focus and builds positive customer relationships

Excellent verbal skills in explaining customer account inquiries
