Director Organization Transformation
Location: Belgium (Hybrid Work Model)
About the Role
As a Director you will play a key leadership role working on complex transformations ensuring strategic alignment stakeholder engagement and sustainable change.
Your Responsibilities
As Director you will lead strategic change initiatives ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives. Working closely with senior executives you will secure leadership commitment design and implement innovative transformation programs and drive cultural change. You will manage and mentor project teams oversee all stages of transformation and continuously refine approaches to maximize impact. Additionally you will build strong client relationships contribute to business development and play a key role in growing our Organization Transformation practice. This role offers the opportunity to shape highimpact change within a dynamic and forwardthinking environment.
What Were Looking For
To succeed in this role you should have:
- 8years of experience in organizational transformation change management leadership alignment and stakeholder management.
- A strong background in business transformation with proven success in driving largescale change initiatives.
- Experience working with senior leadership teams to define and implement strategic change.
- A passion for innovation and creative problemsolving with the ability to design outofthebox solutions.
- The ability to build trusted relationships with clients and internal teams.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English as well as French and/or Dutch.
