Studio Director
Location: Birmingham
Salary: per annum Annual Bonus

An exceptional and incredibly unique opportunity has become available for a Studio Director to join one of the UKs leading AJ100 Architectural studios heading up their Birmingham office. This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Director Senior Architect or Associate Director with proven experience in the education healthcare commercial or residential sectors in the Midlands.

Office: Birmingham Centre
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:00 pm
Duties:
- Lead and manage the Birmingham studio operations and team
- Drive business development and secure new projects from existing and prospective clients
- Represent and deliver the studios purposeled strategy in the region
- Oversee project delivery ensuring design and technical quality
- Mentor and develop staff at all levels within the studio
- Participate in crosspractice design and technical reviews to continuously evolve our design approach
Requirements:
- ARB registered and Masters Qualified Architect
- 10 years of industry experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
- Deep knowledge of the Birmingham region and established local network
- Excellent communication organisation and mentoring skills
- Confident working with Revit and leading design reviews
