Join our team as a dynamic Senior Enterprise Engineer where youll collaborate with diverse teams to implement cuttingedge compliance controls and dive into technical reviews for seamless alignment with regulations. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (e.g. infrastructure data center and other crossfunctional teams) to gather information monitor and implement compliance controls.
Review technical information including system configurations policies and procedures to ensure alignment with compliance requirements.
Support the preparation and organization of evidence for audits and assessments.
Monitor and track compliance tasks deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Assist in identifying gaps in current processes and recommend improvements to meet compliance standards.
Maintain uptodate knowledge of PCIDSS SOC2 and ISO 27001 requirements and industry best practices.
Assist in the coordination and documentation of compliance activities for PCIDSS SOC2 and ISO 27001 frameworks.
Participate in training and awareness programs to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
Perform administrative tasks such as updating compliance trackers filing documentation and preparing reports for management review.
Qualifications:
5 years experience working as an Sr. Enterprise Engineer
Basic understanding of reviewing technical documentation (e.g. system logs network diagrams or security policies) and applying it to defined standards.
Familiarity with PCIDSS SOC2 or ISO 27001 frameworks is a plus but not requiredtraining will be provided.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) or similar tools; experience with compliance management software is a bonus.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about information security and compliance standards.
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience in infrastructure and technology).
Preferred Skills
Strong exposure to IT systems cloud environments or security controls.
Basic knowledge of risk management or audit processes.
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $115000 $125000. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidates final salary including but not limited to relevant experience skills and education.
