Job Description
Status:PartTime Hourly FLSA classification:NonExempt
Summary of Position: The Direct Support Professional is an hourly parttime role dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of adults with developmental disabilities.
- Provide essential facetoface services in both the home and community ensuring the health and wellbeing of individuals.
- Support to help them acquire maintain and enhance with selfhelp domestic socialization and adaptive skills.
Qualifications/Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Additional coursework or certification in human services or related fields is a plus.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Position requires reliable transportation valid drivers license and current auto insurance coverage.
