Salary: $780 $1125 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and detailoriented Cashier/Customer Service Representative to join our team in providing outstanding service to our customers. In this fastpaced role you will be the first point of contact for customers as they enter our store or business helping them with their purchases and addressing their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries.
- Accurately process cash and card transactions at the register.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area and store layout.
- Handle returns exchanges and customer complaints politely and effectively.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock items as necessary.
- Help customers locate products instore and provide product recommendations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic math skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
