Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Development
Contribute as a key member in the design delivery evaluation and revision of vernacular learning and assessment content for MSV.
Create/review/ facilitate highquality IGREs Introductions Games Remedial and Enhancements for Mindspark Venacular.
Ensure highquality pedagogically appropriate and innovative video content creation and review with a learnercentric focus in either Telegu Marathi or Punjabi and support creation in other languages through freelancers or agencies.
Work closely with the product and tech team to ensure content is presented ontime and as envisioned to students.
Write reports and corrective content for lowperforming questions.
Liase with Voiceover artists graphic designers and others as needed to deliver endtoend content.
Coordinate and work with team members (internal as well as freelance members) and ensure that deliverables are met on time and with high quality.
Support in translation and validation of questions for different subjects to ensure highquality vernacular content.
Maintain appropriate documentation for all the deliverables.
Travel to the field to evaluate the implementation of various assessment tools
2. Support
Support/perform data analysis to measure student performance and unearth learning trends.
Support in designing and conducting training and workshops on MSV adaption performance results reports etc.
3. Organizational Development
Expand the scope of projects by highquality dissemination through blogs journal articles and working papers etc.
Do continuous assessments and contentrelated research to improve the existing knowledge in the team.
Support in teams growth and learning needs and build their capacity around pedagogyrelated activities.
Skill & Will
A strong understanding of education instruction and assessments with a specific focus on Telegu/Marathi or Punjabi.
Strong understanding of Indias education landscape.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
The ability to learn fast and grasp Educational Initiatives models and business.
Attention to detail strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate technical details with individuals from diverse backgrounds effectively.
The ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently as a selfstarter.
Strong analytical and criticalthinking skills
Familiarity with Excel to analyse medium to complexlevel data
Problemsolving attitude
Meticulous documentation skills
Willingness to travel to various remote locations
Knowledge Experience & Qualification
Graduate/postgraduate with Telegu/Marathi or Punjabi as one of the major subjects.
13 years of experience in the education space.
A degree related to the field of education and development will be an added advantage
