Locations: District Elementary Schools
Reports to: Building Principal
Start Date:Immediately
Broad Functions: School DutyAides work at the direction of the building principal to provide a variety of support services to the school building and its daily operations including but limited tomonitoring and assisting students during meal times in the school cafedelivery of breakfast or lunch meals to student classrooms or locations as determined by the building administrationassisting classroom teachers with light clean up of class/learning areas after meal servicespotentially monitoring hallways school bathrooms and water fill stations and mayassist with other tasks as needed.
Schedule Salary & Benefits: Compensation for Duty Aidesis$16.35 per Aides will work 20 hours per week for four 4 hours a day Monday to Aides work on each school day. No benefits are associated with this position.
Qualifications:The candidate must have the ability to work within school settings with minor children and associated operational needs pace and culture. Must also havethe ability to lift objects of 25 pounds for the duration of the scheduled shiftable to commit todaily and punctual attendance throughout the duration of the academic yearthe ability to interact with children and adults in a pleasant professional manner at all times and beat least 18 years old.
