Santikos Collection a leading name in the hospitality sector is seeking a dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. This role will be pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and guest experience that our brand is known for.
As a Restaurant Supervisor you will coordinate daily operations oversee staff performance and ensure guest satisfaction within our exquisite dining establishments. You will play a key role in leading the restaurant team managing service quality and providing training to staff all while fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure consistency in service quality.
- Train motivate and develop restaurant staff to meet service standards.
- Oversee dining area setup ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
- Address guest inquiries feedback and concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage reservations and allocate tables to provide a smooth dining experience.
- Assist in implementing promotional activities and events to enhance restaurant visibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.
