About STMA Schools
We are a district that serves over 6700 students and employs 750 employees in a
northwestern suburb of Minneapolis Minnesota. Our district is comprised of one primary school for kindergarten students three elementary schools for grades 14 two middle schools for grades 58 and one high school for grades 912.
Position Overview & Responsibilities
The Boys Baseball Coach will design and coordinate practices facilitate games assess skill level of players and create teams create a positive team environment of respect and facilitate communication with the activities director parents and players.
Start date: Immediate (Season started March 31 2025 and runs 78 weeks). Bringing in another coach as enrollment numbers are up.
Schedule: MondayThursday 3:155:00 plus games.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience coaching or participation in softball.
Stipend Starting Salary Range: $2552.93$2804.23 according to Group 7 of Schedule C of theCertified Master Contract. Salary forwill depend on how soon the coach starts (may be less than 1.0 FTE depending on start date but would be 1.0 FTE going forward).
Benefits:No benefit eligibilty other thanEarned Safe and Sick Time (ESST)as provided by law.
