What Youll Do
- Support AED program implementation and maintenance ensuring configurations meet customer specifications.
- Set up and monitor accounts across virtual platforms handling updates troubleshooting and technical support.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customersproviding timely communication and clarity on any changes updates or service needs.
- Coordinate with distributors on customer requests for AED accessories and consumables.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and service outcomes based on customer needs and platform insights.
- Work within a structured framework while contributing to a collaborative teamfirst culture.
