What Youll Do:
As a ServiceNow Consultant you will be at the heart of transforming the IT service management experience. You will:
ServiceNow Configuration & Customization
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow modules tailoring them to meet unique business needs.
- Customize forms workflows business rules and UI pages to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive smooth integration of ServiceNow with other IT tools and platforms optimizing the endtoend process.
Incident & Problem Management
- Oversee Incident and Problem Management processes within ServiceNow ensuring rapid and effective issue resolution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to dig deep into complex issues identifying root causes and implementing longterm solutions.
- Foster a culture of proactive problemsolving reducing future incidents through thoughtful analysis.
Service Catalog Management
- Spearhead the development and management of the Service Catalog ensuring accurate service offerings and smooth request fulfillment.
- Enhance user experience by streamlining automated workflows for service requests driving operational efficiency.
User Training & Support
- Empower endusers and support teams by providing handson training in ServiceNow functionalities.
- Be the goto expert for all ServiceNowrelated queries and issues offering timely assistance and guidance.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Take initiative in identifying opportunities for enhancing ServiceNow processes and workflows making a tangible difference in daily operations.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring new ServiceNow features and industry best practices implementing cuttingedge solutions.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in a ServiceNow Specialist role or similar capacity.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow configurations scripting and integrations.
- Familiarity with ITSM ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
