Role Sr. Associate
1. Overall experience of 5 to 10 years. Minimum 3 Yrs. of Relevant Experience in cloudHCM
2. Candidates MUST have a strong HCM Extract HCM Data Loader & SQL Knowledge
3. Candidates must have developed at least 10 to 12 integrations / Reports / Fast Formula (Real time project).
4. Candidates must have a good knowledge on how conversion works inHCMModules.
5. Candidates must have a good experience in working with client / USA counterparts in understanding their business requirements and provide the right solutions.
6. Technical support and development forOracleCloudHCMintegration and reports covering modules like Payroll Benefits Core HR Comp Performance Taleo etc.
Additional qualifications:
Good knowledge ofOracleprocesses aroundOracleHCMmodules/applications
Proven track record in determination and interpretation of client business requirements and mapping those requirements toOraclecloud functionality
Clientfacing experience
Good general IT skills
Excellent Communication both verbal & Written.
Professional and Educational Background:
Any Graduation or Post Graduation
