QUALIFICATIONS:

Skilled in the maintenance of school district building facilitiesequipment and grounds relative to caring cleaningrepairing and replacing

REPORTS TO:

Building Evaluator or designee

SUPERVISES:

None

JOB GOAL:

To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all assigned areas ofthe site building plant facilities grounds and equipment

TERM:

Twelve 12 months

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Complete maintenance activities of building facilities equipment and grounds as directed by head custodian building evaluator or custodial supervisor.

1. Follow state school board and school policies relative to the safety and security of buildings equipment and supplies.

1. Maintain and/or prepare equipment and supplies as necessary for various

1. Work cooperatively with other custodial staff head custodian building evaluator custodial supervisor and other school district personnel as necessary to perform assigned duties.

1. Adhere to schedule for routine and special tasks as approved by the building evaluator and head

1. Attend inservice training as required by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator

1. Perform other related duties as assigned by the custodial supervisor and/or building evaluator
