DNA Script recrute : Technicien(ne) en Biotechnologie Plateforme EDS & Contrle Analytique
Votre mission si vous lacceptez :
Intgr(e) au cur de notre plateforme technologique vous serez acteur(trice) de la synthse et du contrle qualit des oligonuclotides destins des applications de R&D internes comme des projets collaboratifs.
Vos missions au quotidien :
Raliser la synthse doligonuclotides sur instruments automatiss (robots pipeteurs SYNTAX).
Mener les tapes du Post Synthesis Process pour garantir des chantillons conformes aux attentes.
Assurer le contrle qualit via lectrophorse mthodes analytiques et nouvelles technologies.
Valider protocoles ractifs et instruments pour une production toujours plus fiable.
Participer loptimisation et automatisation des mthodes de production.
Garantir une traabilit exemplaire et effectuer la maintenance des quipements.
tre force de proposition dans le dveloppement de nouvelles mthodes et contribuer nos objectifs dinnovation.
Le profil que nous recherchons :
Formation & Exprience :
Bac 2/3 en Biotechnologie Biologie Molculaire ou Chimie.
1 3 ans dexprience en R&D (biologie molculaire diagnostic ou quivalent).
Vos superpouvoirs :
laise avec les systmes automatiss et les environnements techniques.
Sens du service rigueur organisation et got pour le travail en quipe.
Ractif(ve) dynamique et toujours prt(e) apprendre.
Matrise dExcel.
Cest un plus si vous avez :
Une exprience en biotechnologie production ou haut dbit.
Un bon niveau danglais (crit/parl).
Des comptences en purification caractrisation ou synthse dADN/ARN.
Lesprit startup : curieux(se) agile innovant(e).
