A long standing ICG client is looking for a highly experiencedexpert hardship and arrears specialistto join their team for up to 4 months full time or 6 months parttime
Role
Reporting to the CEO of mortgages the accredited professional will work with the broader team to effect a reduction in customers in arrears and hardship.
Key Deliverables:
- Baseline current approach and process and policy
- Identify arrears for immediate improvement based on benchmarks and industry insights
- Identify more significant initiatives and the investments required to support them
- Roll their sleeves up and assist with implementation
Skills and experience required:
- Deep and proven experience in the Australian mortgage lending sector
- Full fluency with all relevant regulation (Government and ABA)
- Stakeholder interfacing / engaging with senior peers and credit policy and process teams to receive required inputs / data
- Consulting diagnostic gap improvement plan operationalisation experience

Rate:The net payment to the consultant will be $110K GST so the daily rate will be agreed based on seniority and agreed engagement days
