Overview:
Quinnipiac Universitys College of Arts & Sciences invites applications for aVisiting Assistant Professor or Visiting Instructor position. We seek a passionate educator who is committed to excellence in teaching and has a strong background in mathematics or statistics. This is a oneyear position starting in Fall 2025.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching load is four courses each semester
- Courses will be onground introductory to intermediate mathematics and statistics courses depending on department need and candidate interest
- Write administer and grade assignments and examinations
- Hold a minimum of 4 regularly scheduled office hours each week
Education Requirements:
- A Ph.D. in Mathematics or Statistics is required at time of appointment to be hired at the rank of Visiting Assistant Professor. Candidates who are ABD with potential for highquality teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with a masters degree in Mathematics or Statistics are eligible to be hired at the rank of Visiting Instructor.
