The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team provides analysis planning and decision support coverage across investment management client focused distribution channels technology infrastructure and corporate operations to improve business analysis better inform management decisionmaking and communicate more effectively with key stakeholders.
Role Description
The Americas Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team provide strategic decision support insights and regular monthly management information to business leaders across the Americas region as well as leading the periodic sales and expense forecasts and the annual budget process.
The team also plays a key role in linking with the other areas of the firm including FP&A across the globe Investor Relations Treasury Controllers Tax Regulatory Reporting Business Operations Human Resources and Corporate Strategy.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and be able to work in a fastpaced teamoriented environment. We are seeking professionals with experience in quantitative or analytical fields and eager to join a highperformance asset management firm like should possess excellent project management capabilities along with strong quantitative and analytical must have a high aptitude towards financial analysis software such as Excel in order to be successful in this role. Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint would be beneficial. Also the ideal candidate should have a marked service attitude and must be willing to go an extra mile for exceeding internal clients expectations.
