S3Sutter Shared ServicesValleyPosition Overview:
Performs daytoday activities to analyze primary source verification of licensure education training professional references and experience of applicants for medical staff or Allied Health membership. Prepares and sends primary source verification requests. Reviews received primary source verification and follows up as necessary. Reviews new applications to ensure no data is missing and enters any new information into Credentialing Verification database. Generates reapplication reports and corresponds with affiliates to initiate the reapplication process. Regularly performs more complex Credentialing Verification functions.Job Description:
EDUCATION:
- HS Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year recent relevant experience.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of computer systems and their software applications to include Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Interpersonal skills necessary to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
- Ability to handle complex organizational arrangements documentation and requests from multiple committees and/or individuals.
- Ability to organize prioritize carry out assignments and problem solve with minimal supervision
- Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in writing and listening skills.

Pay Range is $28.01 to $39.22 / hour. California Pay Range is $28.01 to $39.22 / hour. Nevada and Oregon Pay Range is $25.21 to $35.30 / hour. Arizona and Utah Pay Range is $22.41 to $31.38 / hour.The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidates experience education skills licensure and certifications department equity training and organizational needs. Base pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by Sutter Health. Eligible roles also qualify for a comprehensive benefits package.
