You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Summary: The Guest Experience and Concierge Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional service to Members and Guests of Tahoe Mountain Club. This role requires a handson approach to daily operations ensuring member satisfaction adherence to Club standards and compliance with safety regulations. The Specialist will act as the primary point of contact for Members and Guests providing personalized assistance promoting Club activities and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Job Tasks:
Because of the fluctuating demands of the Clubs operation it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore as an essential part of your job you will be expected to help others when the occasion arises just as other employees are expected to help you. Accordingly you may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.
Reports to: Member Services and Reservation Manager
Supervises: No supervisory duties are required of this position.

Education/Experience: Must be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years experience in hospitality customer service or related environment.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and speak English required in order to perform the duties of the job (e.g. the Crew Members may be required to communicate with English speaking customers or coworkers the manuals for the equipment the Crew Members may use are in English). Must be able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication with managers and fellow coworker. Must display professional demeanor and always communicate in professional language.
Certifications/Licenses/Safety Training: As determined by TMC policies and procedures.
