A nationwide residential HVAC organization is immediately looking for an experienced HandsOn HVAC Service Manager for their newly opened location in Mesquite TX. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced HVAC Service Techs ready to make a move into a more leadership role and build your team!

HVAC Service Mechanics will install troubleshoot service repair and maintain all brands of residential HVAC equipment such as A/C furnaces heat pumps condensers evaporators ductless mini splits HRVs and related mechanical systems; meet with potential customers to determine their HVAC needs and provide recommendations based on their requirements and company offerings; train and build a team of techs as business grows; etc.
COMPENSATION:
- $30.00 $35.00/hour

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- At least five 5 years residential HVAC service and repair experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- TDLR and/or NATE license or ability to get one is a strong asset
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Computer Proficient
- Valid drivers license and clean drivers record
- DrugFree Work Environment
All successfully hired HVAC Managers must submit to Criminal Drug and Driving preemployment background checks.
SHIFT:Flexible Days 9:30am 6:00pm (Monday Friday). OT after 40 hours. On Call 1 week every other week.
