InvoicetoPay (I2P) Process & Solution Expert (F/M)

Engie is seeking a dynamic and skilled leader to manage its global Invoice to Pay (I2P) processes.

As the InvoicetoPay Process & Solution Expert you will report to the P2P GPO and oversee an international team of experts ensuring the processes are compliant with internal and external regulations efficient harmonized and digitalized. Your ability to manage internal stakeholders prioritize needs and translate complex issues into actionable insights will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead & Develop a HighPerforming Team:
  Inspire mentor and support the development of the Invoice to Pay process team fostering a positive collaborative and productive work environment.
• Drive Process Excellence:
  Own and continuously improve Invoice to Pay processes ensuring they are efficient compliant and aligned with company goals.
• Optimize Systems & Technology:
  Oversee the implementation and enhancement of Invoice to Pay systems and automation tools driving digital transformation and operational excellence.
• Project Management:
  Lead and manage Invoice to Payrelated projects ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope and delivering measurable improvements.
• Strategic Communication:
  Prepare and present tailored updates to senior management and stakeholders influencing key decisions and aligning everyone with your vision.
• Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
  Serve as the primary point of contact for Invoice to Payrelated inquiries audits and escalations ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for ongoing improvements.

Technical Skills & Experience:

• Advanced knowledge of Invoice to Pay processes and systems in a GBS or SSC environment including IMS tools and SAP (S4Hana) FI & MM modules.
• Strong experience with MS Office and exposure to procurement and automation.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and driving complex global transformation projects.

Languages:

• Proficiency in English and French is required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.

Experience:

• 3 years of experience in AP/Invoice to Pay processes ideally within a global GBS/SSC context and transformation projects.
• 8 years of overall experience in Invoice to Pay and AP operations.
