*Securian Financial Groups internal position title is Customer Benefit Payments Sr. Rep.
Position Summary:
Join our Pension Risk Transfer client team where we excel in delivering exceptional customer service. Our team is dedicated to making monthly payments to retirees and ensuring that all customer requests are processed promptly and accurately through our direct tollfree line. If you are passionate about providing topnotch service this position is for you!
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer our tollfree line to assist customers. Provide excellent customer service exceeding the expectations of clients.
- Update customer records per written and verbal requests. Updates include but are not limited to bank changes address changes and tax withholding changes.
- Process form requests from clients.
- Provide empathetic customer service for family members reporting a death and providing accurate information while capturing needed information based on the type of contract.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional telephone manner.
- Strong written communication skills to document information accurately.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle competing priorities simultaneously.
- Collaborative working style.

Pay may vary depending on jobrelated factors and individual experience skills knowledge etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
