Job Description

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics; a Masters degree is a plus
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in sales operations sales analytics
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and provide strategic insights
  • Proficiency in sales performance management tools (e.g. Salesforce SAP or equivalent)
  • Experience in digital transformation and process automation related to sales activities is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of key sales KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills to drive standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams including IT Finance and Sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to challenge and influence stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel PowerPoint Power BI) and data visualization tools
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a resultsoriented mindset.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Implement and standardize Sales KPI between different customer accounts
  • Supervise and audit sales KPI
  • Challenge Sales Key Account manager by addressing Sales target according to market/business situation
  • Digitalize sales activity in accordance with Company IT department
  • Support Sales & Finances team communication and data exchange
  • Support Sales team report per activity and accounts
  • Lead continuous improvement of sales activity.
