Job Description

  • Temporary Full Time Up to 6 months
  • Clerk Grade 7/8
  • Package up to $137732 pa. Package includes salary range $110266 pa to $122058 pa) plus employers contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
  • Hybrid work from our office in Greenacre and remotely.
  • Available to start early May

About the role:

Reporting into the Manager Talent Acquisition you will join a highperforming team focused on customers service performance process integrity and capability to ensure the talent acquisition experience is efficient contemporary and delivers the desired outcomes. Your role will manage the talent acquisition process from endtoend across a diverse mix of assignments including high volume campaigns and specialised oneoff roles. The role has become available to support an uplift in demand for our services driven by one of the largest campaigns for FRNSW in the past 40 years. It is an exciting time to be involved.

About you:

  • You will be open to working collaboratively with a mindset to jump in and help team members out when needed.
  • You will have the skills knowledge and experience required to ensure hiring managers interpret and apply NSW Government legislation rules and best practice when acquiring talent.
  • You will have a practical knowledge of HR and recruitment systems gained through experience preferably SAP and PageUp.
  • You will have experience with volume recruitment projects.
