Position Summary

The Senior HR Manager will play a critical role in leading and managing key human resources functions during the implementation of Oracle Fusion. This position requires expertise in organizational design change management talent acquisition and strategic HR leadership to support a seamless transition while aligning HR practices with overall business objectives. Partnering closely with crossfunctional teams the Senior HR Manager will drive employee engagement enhance organizational readiness and ensure HR systems and processes are effectively optimized postimplementation.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Organizational Design & Structure:

  • Lead the design analysis and implementation of an optimized organizational structure in alignment with the business goals and the Fusion ERP system.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and department heads to define roles responsibilities reporting structures and team capabilities in a new system environment.
  • Work with department heads to define and rollout team members goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that the organizational structure supports the future needs of the business postFusion implementation.

Organization Change Management:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy to support the integration of Oracle Fusion within the organization.
  • Provide guidance on best practices for employee engagement communication and training programs to ensure a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Act as a key liaison between HR and other departments to manage change resistance and create buyin for the new processes.
  • Monitor the progress of change initiatives and provide timely updates and recommendations to leadership.

Talent Acquisition:

  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to ensure that the right people are hired to support the successful implementation and ongoing use of Fusion.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to assess the current and future talent needs identifying gaps in skills and experience related to the new system.
  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding process for new roles created or adjusted due to the Fusion implementation.
  • Develop proactive strategies to attract recruit and retain top talent in alignment with organizational changes.

Employee Experience & Engagement:

  • Measure the impact of organizational changes on employee morale and productivity implementing initiatives to enhance engagement and support.
  • Develop and lead communication efforts to ensure employees are wellinformed and aligned with the strategic vision and benefits of the Fusion system.

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Partner with HR leadership and business leaders globally to align the HR strategy with overall company goals during and postFusion implementation.
  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement in HR functions and processes with a focus on leveraging technology to optimize operations.

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in HR management with significant exposure to organizational design change management and talent acquisition.
  • Previous experience supporting or leading ERP (Fusion or similar) implementations or system transformations in HR.
  • Strong understanding of organizational development change management and rewards and recognition
  • Proven ability to manage largescale change initiatives and drive employee engagement.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices especially in relation to systems integration and digital transformation.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fastpaced evolving environment.
