The role
The Factory is a 24hr/day 7 day per week operation operating on rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities will include:
Safety: Actively contribute to a workplace culture where OHS&E is given the highest priority in all activities
Production: Ensure safe and effective operation of all equipment in order to meet daily schedule and targets
Quality: Perform regular Quality Assessments and Reporting
Team: Work in accordance with all department procedures and company policies to promote a strong team culture
5S: Ensure compliance to all housekeeping standards
Skills knowledge and experience requirements:
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
Willingness to learn new skills
Natural Leader
Previous experience in a production environment highly regarded
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
Good understanding of GMP 5S and OHS&E practices
Current Forklift licence (essential)
