Job Summary:
Seeking a motivated RM Sales (Direct to Client) with a background in mutual fund distribution and a proven sales track record.
Key Responsibilities and Performance Indicator
Achieve sales targets 90. Achieve net sales targets 40 lakh/month).
Complete mandatory training 100. Net SIP sales 40000/month).
Ensure client satisfaction 80. Acquire new clients 8/month).
Source data for new client acquisition. Work hard in the field.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (BBA preferred).
2 years in direct sales (mutual funds financial services RM banking products like CASA or FMCG).
Strong learning attitude for mutual fund and investment products.
Support System:
LMS team client acquisition through IAP inhouse software and operation team.
