- Experience in sales service relationship management credit applications and financial acumen (i.e. proven sales track record in the Financial service industry.

- Adhere to sound account management principles for optimal credit portfolio management (i.e. reduced excesses unauthorised overdrawn accounts and overdue reviews).
- Apply discretion to act on client instructions within defined mandate and escalate where applicable (e.g. client requests an EFT transfer to be made jobholder may act on the request if within allocated mandate.
