Job Description
Casual NonCertified Classroom Supervisor
Location: Schools within Lakeland Catholic School Division
Position Type: Casual (oncall)
Lakeland Catholic School Division is currently accepting applications for Casual NonCertified Classroom Supervisors . This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are seeking flexible oncall work in a supportive school environment.
Classroom supervisors help maintain continuity of learning when a teacher is absent and a certified substitute is unavailable. Under the direction of school administration supervisors are responsible for managing the classroom fostering a positive and respectful environment and following the day plan provided by the absent teacher.
Qualifications and Qualities:
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High school diploma
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
- A calm confident presence in the classroom
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with children or youth is an asset but not required
- A respectful approach to the Catholic values and faithbased environment of our schools
We are currently hiring in Lac La Biche Waskatenau Cold Lake and Bonnyville . Applicants can indicate which communities or specific schools they are available to work inthere is no requirement to be available in all areas. This is a rewarding role for individuals who are dependable adaptable and eager to contribute to the school community.
