Job Description
- Leadership & Supervision:
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to the wraparound team including case managers behavioral health specialists and clinicians.
- Monitor team performance conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to ensure highquality service delivery.
- Program Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation and coordination of wraparound services ensuring that they are individualized strengthbased and familydriven.
- Track and report on program outcomes service utilization and client satisfaction to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Community Engagement:
- Work closely with external community providers schools juvenile justice child welfare and other agencies to ensure a seamless network of care for clients and families.
- Facilitate team meetings family team conferences and other collaborative planning meetings to engage families in the treatment process.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community stakeholders to advocate for resources and support for individuals and families.
- Training & Development:
- Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their knowledge and skills in wraparound practices traumainformed care and other relevant behavioral health interventions.
- Administrative Duties:
- Ensure accurate documentation of services provided including client assessments treatment plans and progress notes in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
- Masters degree in social work Psychology Counseling or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health services with at least 2 year in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Experience with homebased or wraparound services or in managing multidisciplinary teams is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of traumainformed care crisis intervention and evidencebased practices in behavioral health.
- Valid (LMSWLPC LCSW LMFT or other relevant licensure) preferred.
