Are you an experienced Commercial Service Advisor with a passion for the automotive industry We are excited to announce the opening of our brandnew Commercial Vehicle Service Center and are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team!

- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial fleet customers and mobilecustomers
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services
- Manage service appointments and ensure timely completion of work
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and customer interactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business
- Collaborate with technicians and management to ensure highquality service
- Stay updated on industry trends and new service offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Service Advisor
- Live within 45 minutes of our location.
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Coachableresponsible and willing to self improvement.
- High school diploma or equivalent; automotive training or certifications are a plus
