The Negotiation Specialist is negotiating with media owners and ensures the performance of the campaigns for the clients.Mission & Responsibilities
- Ensure respect of internal trading negotiation processes and guidelines
- Manage relationships and annual negotiations with media owners
- Optimize the ROI of advertising campaigns for clients according to the targets defined by the Investment Director
- Search for excellence and for exceeding targets set by the Client teams and the Agency
- Ensure compliance to the Agencys targets
Qualifications & Languages
- Masters degree in Business Marketing or Advertising
- Languages: English (Intermediate)
Previous Experience & Industry Background
- 2 years experience in media buying media trading
- Media Agency Publisher Ad network
Soft skills & Competencies:
- Media Buying
- Negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge in and relationship with media owners publishers ad tech companies
- Boldness
- Business acumen
- Numerical
Technical skills
- Operational Performance Management softwares (ie. Pilot)
- Table (ex: Excel)
