Job Description
Primary responsibilities include teaching courses in Ballet Technique and Pointe Technique.
Physical Demands
Ability to actively demonstrate and instruct as typical of a dance technique course.
Required Qualifications
All faculty must have at least a Masters degree in the field/discipline in which they are teaching with 18 hours of course work related to the course(s) being taught. In some cases subject to the approval by the Provost a faculty member could be recommended for appointment based on substitution of significant experience for the degree.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in teaching at the college level.
