We are looking for Senior Strategist with boundless curiosity a true passion for advertising culture and brand building. A professional with a proven trackrecord and experience in creative environments. Someone that enjoysstrategy and creativity regardless of channels (ATL BTL digital etc. because ultimatelythats the passion at the heart of why we do what we do: making brands famous through effective creativity.As a Senior Strategist in Dentsu Creatives awardwinning strategy dept. you will be expected to look beyond the screen with the eagerness and drive to dive into action collaborating with all the Dentsu Creative teams in inventing new ways of making brands relevant and iconic.You will work closely with all the Dentsu Creative verticals (Adv Events Luxury Gaming Design Social Influencer Marketing and more) as a true 360 expert of consumer industry and cultural trends & insights developing brand and communication strategies for some of the biggest Global and Italian brands.
From creative briefs to innovation projects we are looking for someone whos ultimate responsibility will be to question everything and then find the right answers.
Key Responsibilities:
Experiencein advertisingagencies working alongside the creative department to guide them and inspire creativity.
Definitionof a mainstream brand strategy or its repositioning. You know what it takes to make a brand authentic distinctive and relevant and how to explain this to creatives and clients alike.
Work directly with clients being a point of reference for them and their questions and doubts.
Research and synthesize consumer behaviours cultural trends competition and industry trends and benchmarks into challenges and insights capable of unlocking transformative strategies and ideas.
Work in collaboration with our data team part of the strategy department to weave data and consumer primary research into your thinking.
Define the future vision for existing brands becoming the agency brand guardian for your clients.
Design integrated communication plans to roadmap that turn ideas into reality. This will also be when and where needed in collaborating with Dentsus Media strategy teams.
Help the agency and the strategy department evolve its methodologies and ways of working with proactive ideas and suggestions.
Guide mentor and lead members of the team and directly support Strategy Directors when necessary.
Requirements:
6 Years agency experience
Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
Obsessed with attention to detail
Ability to effectively balance high quality with strict deadlines
Team working and collaborative attitude
Resource mentoring and management
Selfmotivation and a problemsolving attitude
Your mother tongue is Italian but youre fluent in English
