Job Description

Who You Are

You are a seasoned Program Director with a strong foundation in enterprise product environments and startup dynamics. You bring a unique mix of strategic foresight and handson expertise especially within crossfunctional teams. Your experience in both enterprise product companies and startup environments has equipped you with the flexibility to adapt and thrive in fastpaced settings. You have refined business acumen and a clear approach to aligning project goals with larger organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

    • OKR : Drive the successful of team OKRs by aligning initiatives with organizational priorities providing guidance and ensuring milestones and tasks support broader business objectives.
    • CrossFunctional Leadership: Lead complex crossfunctional programs across Product Engineering GTM and Operations. Identify and manage internal dependencies proactively unblock teams and enable seamless to meet program goals.
    • Strategic Alignment & Communication: Ensure transparency and predictability around delivery timelines by maintaining clear realtime visibility into project progress. Communicate status updates and risks effectively to stakeholders to support timely decisionmaking.
    • Stakeholder Engagement & Presentation: Facilitate alignment meetings sprint reviews and leadership briefings. Present progress outcomes and key learnings at regular intervals including quarterly and sprintlevel reviews to both senior leaders and broader audiences.
    • Process & Governance: Establish and scale program management frameworks tools and best practices. Develop consistent processes for tracking measuring impact and reporting results across teams and initiatives.
    • Global & Remote : Manage crossregional programs and communication across time zones. Champion a One Team mindset across geographies (e.g. USIndia collaboration).
    • Workflow & Ticket Management: Ensure all project tickets are welldocumented accurately estimated with story points and follow defined workflows to support efficient and transparent across teams.
    • Sprint Planning: Lead sprint planning sessions with clear goalsetting resource alignment and prioritization to drive focused and effective delivery.
    • Sprint Efficiency & Metrics: Monitor and present sprint efficiency metrics to inform performance reviews support datadriven feedback and drive continuous improvement within teams.

Preferred Qualifications

    • Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management with a balanced background in both enterprise product companies and highgrowth startup environments (minimum 4 years in each).
    • MBA from a Tier I or Tier II institution degree.
    • Demonstrated expertise in sprint planning dependency management and outcomebased of complex crossfunctional projects.
    • Proven ability to analyze and present sprint metrics using insights to drive continuous improvement and support performance reviews.
    • Strong track record in managing crossfunctional dependencies ensuring transparency and enabling effective communication across stakeholders and leadership levels.
    • Proficient in maintaining accurate story point estimations optimizing workflows and tracking delivery efficiency across Agile teams.
    • Handson experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana; solid understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban. Project Management certification (PMP CSM or equivalent) is a plus.
    • Data fluency is a plus familiarity with tools like Excel Tableau or Power BI for reporting and performance analysis.
    • Comfortable using collaboration platforms like Slack Confluence and Notion.
    • Basic technical understanding of software development life cycles cloud platforms (AWS Azure) and DevOps principles.
    • Bonus: Ability to proactively assess risks create contingency plans and manage stakeholder expectations across diverse teams and geographies.
    • Excellent stakeholder management influencing and communication skills.
    • Ability to operate at both strategic and executional levels with a bias for action.
    • Comfortable working in fastpaced ambiguous environments and wearing multiple hats in a startup or scaleup culture.
