Quantity Surveyor London
Our client is looking to add to their very experienced commercial team an Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial role and fit out experience would be a strong advantage however not desired as this role will offer lots of leraning and development.
With a turnover of almost 50 million and an exceptional order book for the next 12 months or client will offer the successful candidate exposure to some very highend bespoke projects.
Assistnat Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:
- Assisting with final accounts
- Pricing variations
- Producing BOQs
- Assessing subcontractor works
- Procurement
- Processing invoices

Quantity Surveyor Key Experience:
- Construction project knowledge (Fit Out Advantageous)
- Knowledge and understanding for various packages
- Ability to ensure projects are profitable and on parr with budgets
