Background CheckRequired:(Ala. Code 1622A5 Upon offer of employment employees will be required to submit legible fingerprints for a background review by the Alabama Bureau of Investigation and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Background checks must not be more than ten 10 years old.

8. Knowledge of laws and policies related to the schools aand the rights and responsibilities of students and Board employees

10. Effective interpersonal skills with an emphasis on communication and collaboration with a wide variety of people and groups
11. Ability to use effective collaberation skills for the successful implementation of grant programs assessment programs and maintain productive relationships with colleagues
12. Creative selfstarter sttitude and ability to work independently under miimal guidance as well as in a team enviroment
13. Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet highstakes deadlines
14. Excellent project and time management skills flexibility with job duties and the ability to think strategically and programmatically
15. Ability to manage and support strategic and operational goals of the system in areas or responsibility
16. Ability to manage budgets and support curriculum and programming specific to the needs of students
17. Ability to identify and solve problems as a productive team member
18. Ability to use technology to communicate manage data and produce/submit required reports correspondence and/or financial information
19. Support for the values of education philosophy vision and the mission of Madison City Schools
20. Physical mobility and visual acuity to investigate personnel problems at onsite work locations
21. Knowledge of curriculum development effective classroom practices and staff development principles
22. Basic understanding of scientificallybased strategies and instruction
23. High proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite tools especially Word Excel Google Docs and Google Sheets for poject management

25. Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; physical agility to lift 2550 pounds; to bend to stoop to sit on the floor to climb stairs to walk and to reach overhead.
