Job Description
Braums Dairy Farm in Follett Texas is looking for an experienced Dairy Farm Maintenance Manager. This individual will oversee the daytoday operations of the dairy farm including supervising technicians and maintaining facilities with a focus on quality. We have a 57 year reputation for the highest quality milk and dairy products. We have approximately 4500 milking cows that are milked twice a day in our milking parlor. This position works with the owners dairy manager farm manager and other members of the management team.Compensation: $75000$95000/yr. Housing with paid utilities will be provided as part of the compensation package.
This is a working manager role. The Maintenance Manger will make repairs to all of the dairy barn equipment irrigation systems farm equipment and all of facilities on the farm. The position emphasizes ensuring the uptime of equipment through preventative maintenance and addressing any issues that have experience in PLCs 480 3phase VFDs ammonia refrigeration systems hydraulics pneumatics plumbing welding and mechanical systems.
