Job Summary

The B2C Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing consumerfacing lead generation strategies that drive business growth for financial advisors. This role will focus on multichannel marketing campaigns content development social media engagement and digital advertising optimization to ensure advisors can effectively connect with and convert potential clients.

The ideal candidate is highly creative analytical and resultsdriven with experience in B2C digital marketing paid media and conversion optimization.

Primary Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Advisor Growth

Develop and execute B2C marketing campaigns that generate highquality leads for financial advisors.

Implement and optimize multichannel marketing strategies including digital ads social media direct mail and seminar promotions.

Design and manage lead conversion funnels that seamlessly transition prospects to advisors for engagement.

Support advisors by providing customized marketing solutions to strengthen their local brand presence.

Digital Marketing & Paid Advertising

Plan execute and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads Facebook/Instagram LinkedIn YouTube).

Enhance landing pages and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates.

Implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility for advisorrelated searches.

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement.

Content & Social Media Strategy

Create consumerfacing marketing materials that position advisors as trusted financial experts.

Write compelling ad copy website content email sequences and social media posts to drive engagement.

Work with designers and videographers to create video and graphic content that enhances advisor branding.

Manage and grow social media presence to build brand credibility and increase client outreach.

Analytics & Optimization

Track analyze and report on marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics HubSpot and other tools.

Conduct A/B testing on ads landing pages and email campaigns to improve conversion rates.

Provide datadriven recommendations to enhance marketing efficiency and maximize ROI.

Primary Skills & Requirements

2 years of B2C marketing experience preferably in financial services insurance or professional services.

Proven success in lead generation and customer acquisition through multichannel marketing.

Handson experience with Google Ads Facebook/Instagram Ads LinkedIn Ads and YouTube marketing.

Strong background in email marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).

Experience optimizing web pages and lead capture forms to drive conversions.

Excellent copywriting skills for ads landing pages emails and social media.

Strong understanding of SEO digital analytics and performance tracking.

Ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and crossfunctional teams.

A strategic thinker with a creative mindset and analytical problemsolving skills.
