ROLE SUMMARY
The Digital organization powers Pfizer with putting medicines in the hands of patients while maintaining the highest standards of innovative digital solutions. The Digital PGS Creation Center Team enables Pfizer Global Supply (PGS) to win the digital race in pharma and provides innovative digital solutions that unleashes the power of our people by allowing them to focus their time on valueadd activities. Our solutions accelerate key PGS initiatives and help PGS sites realize benefits of continuous improvement more rapidly.
Solution Design & Adoption is a multidisciplinary team that enables End to End user experience efforts from the needs assessment through delivery and experience measurement by using collaborative methods with a usercentered focus to ensure the best digital solutions are in the hands of our PGS and Digital PGS colleagues. Our team consists of two main areas under which our disciplines are divided across. Solution Design focuses on User Research Design Strategy Product Design and Design Systems Framework. Solution Adoption focuses on Trainings Communications and Change Management of our digital PGS solutions. Our team operates as a horizontal shared service to enable both the full Digital PGS creation center and PGS digital solutions and initiatives.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Director of Solution Adoption & Change management will lead a practice that works crossfunctionally across the collective Digital PGS Creation center (Digital Manufacturing Digital Quality Digital Supply and Digital Plant Network) to design develop and implement change management strategies that foster engagement and awareness for key digital programs and initiatives. This role will act as a mentor and thought leader for operational and organizational excellence on the Digital Solution Design & Adoption leadership team helping to build an inclusive and inspiring work environment. This role will define opportunities to create and deliver impactful change solutions across the Digital PGS and PGS organization and establish endtoend standards that facilitate the adoption of groundbreaking digital products.
The Solution Adoption & Change Management Directors responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Lead change management scoping & requirements discussions with key business stakeholders to understand objectives desired outcomes and audience implications
Understand change vehicles that will drive a great user experience and achieve key program objectives
Lead the implementation of planned change activities for 50 priority digital solutions and provide leadership updates as needed
Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities for sustainable process improvements and serve as a program manager for the implementation of enterprise change management initiatives
Provide oversight for training development where the Business Adoption team is engaged in projects
Effectively collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization drive decisions and quickly translate them into actionable plans multifaceted training and communication strategies
Key contributor to maintaining a communications governance across the Digital PGS creation center ensuring communications are Centralized clear and cohesive
Maintain solution Adoption service catalogue on internal Digital for PGS SharePoint to ensure consistency in and quality of deliverables.
Ensure key value metrics are captured and tracked for applicable solution adoption deliverables
Manage and coach a multifunctional and multigeographical team of internal & external resources (anywhere from 1015 given demand volumes) to ensure deliverables are executed in alignment with project plans
Lead the design development and delivery of multichannel communications to maximize user adoption and minimize overall risk
Help to build organizational change capability by educating and coaching project teams sponsors and functional leaders
Develop and grow change competency within the organization by defining standard processes templates and toolkits
Engage with functional change liaisons to understand dependencies and minimize risks
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in business Human Resources Marketing Organizational Development Psychology or another related field
10 years relevant experience in a combination of Digital and change management
5 years experience in the areas of change management and program management with a focus on business operations training communications human experience and/or system support
Strong understanding of change management principles methodologies and leading practices with previous experience with largescale organizational change efforts
Extensive experience with PowerPoint Excel MS Project and design tools to develop work plans articulate complex issues analyze data and execute change activities
Demonstrated experience in managing a large project portfolio including resource management across multiple crossfunctional teams with measurable business impact
Demonstrated ability to communicate negotiate consult and educate key crossfunctional stakeholders on project and change management best practices
Ability to prioritize team (contractor) workload budget demand management with business needs
Ability to think strategically and provide long and shortterm project management recommendations and solutions that can flex and scale with rapid growth
Proven experience in stakeholder communications and in influencing crossfunctional leadership at all levels of the organization
Proven exposure and basic proficiency with Google Suite applications Cloud Technologies and Project Management Systems (i.e. Jira Monday Smartsheets SharePoint)

PMO Experience
Pharmaceutical or Manufacturing Industry experience is a plus
Experience working on global systemrelated programs
Familiarity with agile system development
PMP SAFe Agile or equivalent certification and/or familiarity of ways of working

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156600.00 to $261000.00.* In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0 of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
